To assess the user’s experience with your product

The general purpose of user testing is to identify the key problems involved in using a product.

These tests, which can be conducted during the interface design process or with an existing product, are different from other assessment techniques.

These tests seek to provide direct feedback from users so that product performance or usage issues can be addressed.

Yu Centrik conducts tests among small samples of participants and among larger groups as part of major studies. The following test types are available:

• Usability testing
• Remote testing
• Accessibility audit
• Voice-interface testing
• Eye-tracking test
• Subjective test

Testing can be conducted in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Arabic.
