Yu Centrik conducts tests with all types of users (young people, adults, seniors, disabled persons, etc.).

• Tests involving children and young people and their use of the technology can be conducted in schools, at sports centers, or in our test facilities.
• The profiles of participants to be recruited will be created in conjunction with the client. Once "Personas" have been created, their descriptions will serve to support the recruitment.

The selected sample consists of a sufficient number for obtaining quantitative or qualitative data. Participants may be located in Québec, or elsewhere in the world, either at home or at work.

Usability tests take the form of an individual interview that takes approximately one hour. Participants receive compensation in appreciation of their time.

Interviews can be conducted in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic.
