Satisfaction Questionnaire

The satisfaction questionnaire provides quantitative data that are statistically analyzed. Index ratings are provided as indicators to be used in making assessments.

The questionnaire may be given to users at the end of a usability test or after observing the performance of a task. It can also be given independently, or in the form of a Web survey.

Deliverables: report that contains the results of the questionnaire, and interpretation of the results.
