At Yu Centrik, we apply the governing principles of Cognitive Ergonomics in assessing the usability of your products
Usability: an inexpensive and cost effective process
Cognitive Ergonomics -> Usability -> "Usable" product
The product usability study entails measuring the extent to which users are able to use a product for its designed purposes effectively, efficiently, comfortably, and with enjoyment (in a given environment).
Usability is profitable!

Average improvement:
- Sales and conversion rate: 100%
- Traffic (number of visits): 150%
- User performance and productivity: 161%
- Use of specific functions: 202%
*Among 42 projects in which similar usability metrics were collected. Nielsen, 2003.
